Parents, Guardians & Carers are given notice when Social Services are visiting their household, giving child abusers time to coerce and manipulate children, telling them how to act during this visit and what to say. These visits do not reflect the TRUTH! Social workers often fall for these false acts, especially if the abuser is well at hiding and covering the truth. The social workers leave and take no further because they don’t ‘SEE no concern’. Unexpected visits give abusers zero time to come up with a plan or tell children how to answer questions, giving them a true reflection of the maltreatment of the child taking place. 

Unfortunately, this was the case when social workers visited Arthur Labinjo Hughes, Emma Tustin told Arthur and her biological son to tell the social worker that Arthur’s bruises were from play fighting & that they were really happy at home. Arthur later died from the abuse suffered. 

Children are going to continue being hurt and murdered unless the system changes the way it tackles these situations!
