For those of you that don't know me, my name is Leigh and I am a 3L. This petition probably will not do anything regarding this semester but maybe we can make a change for next semester. 

There are a few reasons why I think in-person students and remote student should be graded on the same curve and here's why:

1) Remote students have the ability to take their exam in a quiet room vs. in-person classes have to tolerate typing all around us. 

2) Remote students have the ability to take their exam in a temperature of their choice vs. in-person freezing like we are in Alaska. 

3) Remote students do not have to have the stress of finding parking or commuting before the exam vs. in-person that does.

4) Closed books exams are not as closely monitored as in-person.

5) Remote students have more time to review in the morning because they do not have a commute. 

The change that I think needs to take place is either everybody takes it remote or we are not graded on the same curve.
