As a resident of nearby Jennetts park, an easy access to Wokingham town center is required. Supportive of option B or C.

I've just moved into Gipsy Lane and have spent a lot of money to get a house in this lovely location. Anything other than B1 will have a very negative effect. I love Wokingham but it's being ruined by the development, please don't make a bad situation even worse.

The central route with option 1 will have the least negative impact on residents and wildlife in this area.

I have grown up in Wokingham and have many friends and family whose lives will be directly affected negatively due to this.

I feel strongly that the B route without Option B1 will seriously affect the quality of life for residents of Gipsy Line in a detrimental way.

This will have a serious impact on the noise levels where I live.

We are in favour of the central route, which minimises the impact on existing residents. The northern route is totally unsuitable given how close it is to to the largest population centre to be affected by any proposal, those north of the railway line including our street Gipsy Lane. There will be a major noise impact, traffic will build significantly at the Easthampstead level crossing causing access issues and our visual amenity will be damaged.

In particular we also support the B1 option of the central route, which is more southern and more direct, so less impact on Gipsy Lane. B1 crosses through fewer tree areas and should save council tax payers money as land purchase is not required!

We hope the cycle provision of the SDR will be part of a wider integrated cycling network with access to Wokingham town, rather than a random cycle route to nowhere. We also hope the cycle route design will be given serious study and not just added as an after thought.

I support central route B1 as this option keeps the trees and wet land adjacent to the railway which in turn produces the insects that the large population of bats live off, this is known by Wokingham District Council but has not been mentioned. Bats are protected under government laws, and their environment cannot easily be replicated but is easily destroyed.
