Vidal Montgomery started this petition to The Conservative Party

In this last week both Andrew Bridgen and David Rees Mogg have made public broadcast comments about the Grenfell Tragedy in advance of the full and final complete official report into said tragedy.

An indicative but not exhaustive example of the comments can be found here  and at

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/video/2019/nov/05/grenfell-fire-victims-lacked-common-sense-jacob-rees-mogg-suggests-video

Notwithstanding the insensitive, unwarranted and speculative nature of the comments, publicly commenting on a broadcast frequency on  a case currently under investivation where civil and criminal penalties may be pursuant is trilateraly contemptuous of the legal system, the judiciary and the executive of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and NORTHERN Ireland.

It also pressures people who may not have had  a full understanding of either the laws of thermodynamics, combustion or indeed the Rule of Law / Habeas Corpus to shoulder more responsibility for their action / inaction than either public opinion or the Law of England may require.

Neither Jacob Rees Mogg nor Andrew Bridge were on site at the time of the tragedy unfolding, and so neither entity can rationally argue in favour of the effluxion of events, or their anticipated reaction to events for which they have neither the full experience or full information from the official report.

We, the undersigned, request that the current Pime Minister make a public broadcast  statement to a comparable audience on the comments of Jacob Rees Mogg and Andrew Bridge, such statement to endure a minimum of thirty minutes of public scrutiny, before the General Election December 12.

We also ask for the current Prime Minister to reaffirm the Conservative Party position on the Grenfel Tragedy in the same public broadcast.
