The dog is being help and seperated from its family vecause they assume this dog was on the loose but they dont have legitament evidence that safices to actual proof this was the correct dog that attack the child there is no warrent or documents to hold the dog nor visual proof or physical proof verifying this removal or detaining of the animal.
