During this past week, the community of Monrovia have been showing the respect and contribution to our commuter Oscar Garcia. He had a passion for making anyone feel happy as if they were his best friend and to skate everyday to become the pro he is. We have decided to have the Monrovia Skatepark change its name to the Oscar Garcia Skatepark to show respect of what this man has to the community.
