Bill 350-35 proposes an economic support program to help individuals whose jobs were lost due to this crisis, by providing them a cash payment of $800 as they await federal relief aid.  At this point we have no idea when the Federal Economic Stimulus monies will arrive on island, and since thousands of families are struggling at this time, it is imperative that the government use monies that are HERE to pay these individuals NOW. 

Our government has received $117 million in CARES Act Relief Aid, and before the monies disappear, let's act immediately to assure that a portion of these funds are provided to help our families now. 

Please support Bill 350-35, and please urge Senators to get this measure on the agenda for the upcoming emergency session.  

Also to note, this measure DOES NOT take anything away from what you are owed from the Federal Economic Stimulus.  Rather it supplements it.
