On Wednesday June 20th minutes before midnight Lesandro Guzman-Feliz,15, also known as “Junior” was viciously murdered by a group of gang members in front of a deli in the Bronx, NY on 183rd St. They used machetes and other weapons to commit this heinous crime. Sadly, Junior’s death was due to a mistaken identity. His death has been captured by numerous bystanders that recorded the events but did nothing to help him. The two deli employees “bodegueros” allowed Junior to be dragged out of the store like an animal. Junior first attempted to seek refugee behind the store counter before being dragged out by the gang members. Shortly after Junior pleaded to the owner for help after he was stabbed multiple times but instead he was kicked out. Junior bled out trying to get himself to the hospital. The deli has since been closed but we ask that these two people who did absolutely nothing be prosecuted as well since they allowed the murder to happen right in front of their establishment. Both deli employees played a major role in Junior’s death. They refused to help the teen boy. Junior could had survived had they attempted to lock the store prior to the gang members taking his life.
That miserable night was Junior, tomorrow it can be your loved one. Our kids need to be protected not allowed to be killed by a group of evildoers nor bystanders who would rather turn their backs on our children.
