To the clean energy executive management team

My family I are long time investors in Clean Energy Fuels Inc. for ethical and obviously financial reasons.

At a crucial time for the RNG and more in general CNG industries, we would like to know why in the past 6 months

1) the company has clearly logged a clear lack of participation of the company to public events, exhibitions, fairs.

2) there has been a lack of investments (construction, expansion, development)

3) there has been lack of communication in terms of Public Releases. Why are they issued only 2 days before the earnings report, why the number of Public Releases is limited to one per quarter?

4) Why are major events like the UPS news not issued as joined Public Release when it is probably indeed the biggest agreement of the last 5 years.

5) why apparently the company is managed with a complete passive approach almost waiting for events to happen (see UPS agreement). Again a small company should be extremely aggressive.

For a small-cap company as Clean Energy Fuels Inc. the end-result of all the previous statements is that the executive management is  clearly indirectly damaging the stock price and ultimately the company’s market capital thus preventing the company from further growth which should be one of its most important fiduciary duties.

Furthermore this type of approach is pretty much destructive because ultimately it will trigger investor’s lawsuits which could freeze any outgoing agreement and possibly initiate criminal charges against the leadership team.

If an agreement with Total SA or other company is in the works, I believe it is time to disclose it to avoid further artificial deterioration of the stock price and the company value.

If that is not the case, then the company must act now and re-establish trust with its investors.
