In Spring City, TN lies a future premiere racing track in the south. New track owners have spent thousands turning this once renowned race track into a race track that will define the future of dirt track racing in East Tennessee. Nearing completion of this establishment, tracks owners have reached a major stall as the city of spring city is failing to grant permits for sewage access. This racing establishment will undoubtedly have a major positive economic effect on the city, but the owners need to install sewer lines in order to open the track. It is the mission of this petition to open up the communication networks between city officials and the race track owners to reach a resolution on the sewer access issue. It is our hope that the council will make the decision that most benefits the city of spring city and the citizens in that community.
