Stop slumlords from taking advantage of kind hearted tenants started this petition to The city of Pasadena and

Iam writing this petition for the pain and suffering of my family and myself while currently pregnant I was put through during a world pandemic. June 2020 , my family and I moved into our very first family home that we had such high hopes for , but shortly after it turned into a nightmare. A pests problem took over my home along with no central AC in the home and landlord that can careless of the wellbeing of his tenants. Pests have crawled all over my son and all through out the house day and night. The pests issues of this home has caused my anxiety and stress to start up that I was rushed to the hospital due to a threatened miscarriage ! The landlord is making up many excuses on why he don’t want to give me back my deposit. I have health issues for the sudden move because my health issues give no notice and the landlord does not care about the wellbeing of his tenants and I’m proof of that . He is extremely unprofessional as I tried my best to be kind hearted and understanding, but there is no getting through to him... he has kept my deposit, spent my deposit for his own personal use and made up false information for why he can’t refund my deposit to me. I have proof the lease that clearly states I never broke the lease and deposit will be refunded back to me if no damages to the home . I feel used , i feel blinded to the situation from day one , i am stressed and more importantly the health of my unborn child was put on the line and I pray this reaches out to many of you ! I don’t want no one to go through what i I have gone through during a world pandemic  while being pregnant. Please find it in your hearts of to sign the petition! Thank you
