The owners and management (Flex Property Management) of the property at 19 Champagne Ave S continue to provide short term accommodation to various tenants despite the Ottawa City bylaw prohibiting the provision of short term accommodations (28 days or less). Occupants of the property seldom stay for more than 1 week, let alone 28 days.
The garbage cans are usually strewn about and the property is routinely covered in garbage. It attracts wildlife and endangers pets.
We the undersigned seek a resolution that involves the property no longer being rented to short term occupants. We also request cleaning up the property and preventing future garbage accumulation.
