Keep Queens GREEN!!! No more over development or government subsidies and tax breaks to private developements that have no short, medium or long term benefits to this boro!!!! Enough is enough. Stadiums do not create Jobs and we have enough Malls to shop ourselves to death.

I live in Flushing and enjoy this park several days a week. The park is already busy enough with the nearby stadium and US Open. Please keep my park a park.

Parks are needed by children and adults for example: sports & recreation.

Flushing and Corona have very little public park space as it is. The 1000s of people who enjoy their weekends in the park shouldn't have to give that up for more parking space, stadiums and a mall. If anything more trees should be planted here and the park grounds should be better maintained.

I grew up on 110th Street and we used to go every weekend with my dad with the whole family and ride our bicycles through the park!!! It's a beautiful park, if only they would clean it up!! Please don't destroy it!!

The community needs more, not less, open and green space. They do not need another shopping mall.

It is a place to spend the day with your family, children and grand children. Riding bicycles, walking, going to the zoo. A landmark in time from the worlds fair. Is it necessary that every piece of greenery and parks be filled with delopers ideas of malls, concrete buildings and destruction of a place to play? Bit by bit there will be no green parks in the city for children to play due to developers ideas, city officials greed.

In a completely urbanized environment, greenery is one of the best method to escape city life. Parks are hubs of social activity and life. It gives opportunities to children and adults alike to relax. Parks improve air quality and urban heat.

We need more park space, NOT LESS and these private companies claim they care about us when they are trying to get our space, but once they get it, we become nothing!
