Redesign of the current Phase 2 model for the BVSP

BSP has evolved into a much smaller more triangular place, where the only new obstacles are two pretty good ledges, and a decently long (but pretty small) round rail. Despite what may seem like a poor setup, locals come to the park almost everyday to skate these same obstacles.
Phase 2 of the Burnsville skate park has been in the works now for a couple years, but with issues floating around the overall design (wood chips = unused space, the current design features ramps that were donated away, a gigantic bowl that only costs god knows how much) the progress has reached turtle like speeds.
NoContent is calling for the design process to involve the actual park users and not a committee of people rarely seen at the facility. Aspects of the parks design should be voted on by the park users at upcoming meetings regarding Phase 2 construction, and not decided by people who may never even set foot there.
Some people are saying we want the bowl taken out of the design altogether. That is not true at all. We want the design to be voted on by the people using the park, with a bowl or whatever type of transition obstacle the people would like to build. If people care about the park design and want to have a chance to sculpt the future layout of where they will spend a majority of their time, then they should be able to if they attend the meeting for Phase 2 on June 16th
That is what we are pushing for..
Also for no more wood chips.
