Shad Khan has shown his ineptitude as the quickest owner to reach 100 losses in NFL History. He repeatedly shows that he disregards the wishes of the Jaguars fanbase by his inaction on the head coaching job. It is well known that potential coaches are staying away from the job because of GM Trent Baalke and he refuses to fire him. We have a home run hire in former Jaguars QB and current Buccaneers OC Byron Leftwich and Shad Khan is basically forcing Leftwich to consider other positions even though it is well known he wants to come to Jacksonville.

The fans of the Jaguars have been more than loyal to a failing franchise, but it is high time that we see some change in the leadership of our team. We cannot sit by as we continue to be the laughing stock of the NFL.
