Hyderabad is a major center for technology advancements and home to many upscale restaurants and growing businesses. But as we all might know, the more a city grows more area is destroyed and more pollution is created. Usually people have the basic understanding of how and why development of a society leads to various positive and negative factors.

As we develop, so does the technology we use develops. The more developed our technology becomes, the more scientific and practical ways to preserve our nature and city flourish. Despite such advancements, we use this technology in the wrong way and pollute our world instead; one such example being the Musi river.

The Musi river, a tributary of the river Krishna, is a water body located in Telangana and just touches the city of Hyderabad. The Musi river is getting contaminated day by day just because of the citizens' actions towards it. It is contaminating its surroundings just as the residents and authorities of Hyderabad have contaminated it.

Hence, I would like to raise this petition to all of the candidates of Hyderabad to reach out and help us and many more people clean and revive the old and forgotten river. We all should try to convert it into a sight worth seeing, to make it a river worth visiting instead of a dirty and overlooked water body. Me along with the individuals who sign this petition demand the Government and people of this city to take action towards the cleanliness of not only the technologically advanced areas, but also the rivers and other water bodies surrounding it using the developed technology we create and use.
