Considering that these individuals function as company, battalion, and regimental commanders and essentially run the Corps of Cadets a starting salary of around $55,000 dollars seems much too meager. It is my belief that their salaries should reflect the incalculable contribution they provide to the Corps and in particular the cadets whom are forever indebted to their ingenious planning, flawless leadership, and their own strict adherence to both the honor code and the Corps Values of honor, duty, and respect.
