The Cincinnati Bengals will need a new Offensive Line Coach for 2021. It is suggested by the fan base and strongly encouraged to hire former Bengals Right Tackle and Hall of Fame nominee, Mr. Willie Anderson.

Mr. Anderson is loved and respected by the fan base in Cincinnati. He has experience training young Offensive linemen. His football knowledge and love for the game exceed that of even the most fervent fans and coaches. His energy and positive attitude mesh well with the current generation of players, and are the exact characteristics that the Bengals are looking for in achieving a winning culture. 

Mr. Anderson was one of the greatest to play the position of RT during his time. He deserves to have an opportunity to showcase his skills and knowledge to build a strong offensive line for the Bengals. This will also help elevate his profile to help him become possibly the 2nd Cincinnati Bengal in the Hall of Fame. 

Please hire Mr. Willie Anderson to coach and develop the offensive line.
