THE CRUSADER FOR TRUTH IPS OFFICER SANJIV BHATT

Every Indian, the  young especially are well aware that in 2002 the Gujarat Government orchestrated a communal frenzy and killed thousands of Muslim women and children! Women ! The well known case of pregnant Bilkis Banu knocking awards and rewards for the suffering meted out to her is fresh in our mind! She cam back again a few days back to the Supreme Court asking for the award of Residence , a Government Job and the sum of Rs5 Lakhs. She is yet to get any of them! The SC has government this erring state authority two weeks!

This is the back ground TRUTH and the one and only brave Police Officer who called out the name of the present PM who then was the Chief Minister of the State of Gujarat explicitly deposing before the Nanavathi Commission that this citizen was part of the conspiracy in unleashing a crowd retaliation and communal frenzy never seen in recent past in India!
Those who were part of this group of politicians have usurped the power to rule this Country for now! They have raked up past so called misdeeds of the couragious Officer and shut him in jail with out BAIL or Parole or any comfort due to an accused! This is against fair trial which every citizen of India is entitled to as per the Constitution and Human Rights provisions

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PETITION IS TO APPRISE THE INJUSTICE METED OUT TO SANJIV BHATT AND TO GET HIM JUSTICE WHICH HE DESERVES  AT THE EARLIST PLEASE
