A 71 years old gentleman lives on a Narrowboat (he is recovering from a triple coronary artery bypass operation and suffers mental health problems), has been left without any water because the Canal and River Trust (CRT)  have removed the tap from a local water point. Boaters usually have to travel to a facility where they are able to fill their water tanks, dispose of rubbish, and at some places have a shower.

This gentleman has a flush toilet which empties into a large holding tank which would normally be emptied at a local boaters facility.

He is now unable to flush his toilet, have a shower, wash his hands, wash dishes etc. etc., or even make a cup of tea. He is unable to book a delivery of bottled water as delivery slots are booked for weeks ahead, and the nearest shop is a two and a half mile walk away. 

Please sign this petition so we can put pressure on CRT to resolve the situation and perhaps offer an apology.
