The Watchtower has an inhumane policy of unjustly expelling persons from membership and subjecting them to immense emotional abuse that leads to suicide in some cases. One person expelled from the organization took the matter to court and it reached the Supreme Court of Canada. David Gnam, attorney for the Watchtower flat out lied to the court and we are asking that the Canadian Bar investigates whether he perjured himself and that action be taken if he is guilty.

This inhuman practice of the Watchtower will continue for as long as they can hire attorneys who mislead the courts and, thus, cover up the practice that has been used as a weapon against persons leaving, and indeed as a weapon to prevent members investigating the truth about the organization. Families continue to be destroyed, and lawyers should not be allowed to treat the courts with contempt by clearly lying (possibly perjuring themselves).
