I request that the British Government show appreciation of it's citizens adherence to social distancing measures by granting a further Bank Holiday in the Autumn when we can mark VE Day properly & hopefully celebrate also getting on top of this dreadful virus

'Lockdown' measures have affected us all to varying degrees & this gesture would, I feel, do much to boost morale at a time when public opinion of the Government's handling of the Coronavirus situation is starting to be called into question
