I have been trying to claim my money back since January 2017 for a driving course I purchased through Drive-Dynamics. I did this initially by telephone and was told it would take 28 days to process. After this time period came and went I tried calling, only to be told by rude staff that you can only complain via email - to which I then sent several electronic responses. I was eventually contacted by someone weeks later to who apologised saying my 'request had been overlooked and will be with me within 14 days'
I received or heard nothing again from this day and between calling to be put on hold, only to be cut off, dealing with rude dismissive staff and having email correspondence ignored, I am at a loss as to what to do next.
There are many people with similar experiences and - having already been on Watchdog for their conduct - it is about time they were dealt with once and for all, and for its 'customers' (many of us never received any form or service) to be re payed what they are owed.
