Knife Crime is a very serious issue and has affected people from every corner of the globe. Not only has it scarred individuals physically, but also mentally. The NHS figures have shown that roughly 12 stabbings are taking place on the daily; number of hospital admissions for knife related injuries have risen to 14% according to the BBC. What can we as a society do?  As a teen, I strongly believe that education is key, and more schools should be involved to talk to students about world wide issues, knife crime for example. After all, younger people are the future generation, and their actions will have large impacts for further years to come. Schools are there to teach and nurture  children, so why are not enough schools including students with global problems? As a society, more people need to be active and involved with knife crime as statics are only increasing. How can we make change if not enough people are educated on the topic?
