There has been many students bullied at central high school of clay county for many years now. The staff members will not take authority to deal with the problem. There is a no bullying policy at the school, but there are still many kids being bullied. The staff does nothing about the bullying. They tell the students to “suck it up and deal with it.” Even if they catch a bully they “can’t” punish them. I’m a student at central. I’ve been to the counselor and principal. Neither has done anything about the bullying. They say to just “tough it out”. Most of cause of my bullying began with a teacher. Now I am being called severely hurtful names every day. So will you please sign this petition to go on strike against central until any action is done about this situation? Students should be able to work in a safe environment. This may actually save someone’s life in the future. There have been kids attempt suicide from the bullying at this school. Please help stop it today.
