What isnt shared with its readers, is that although it may be a nice place to live. Its location just off U.S 231, is compromised with a stretch of road thats poorly lit with street lights, and that theres no actual sidewalk between the property, and the nearest public transportation bus stop. (which is close to 0.6 mi. away from the property.)

With the new community now occupied with even more tenants, and over half of them relying on public transportation.  The road distance from Elston Rd. and the property, is in badly need of street lights, and a safe constructed walk way on U.S 231.  In order to accommodate its newest neighbors, who rely on this stretch of road for their everyday needs outside of the community.

Since its opening over a year ago, a young lady who was riding her bike down this dark 45 mile an hour route.  Was struck down and killed .
