Hi everyone,

Many of us around the world have purchased items from eBay including other online markets. And when some of us have had questions about the item being sold we've contacted the seller in (hopes) they would provide us with "more" information about the item(s) their selling. Some (if not all) online sellers have provided in their item description to contact them (the seller) with any questions we (the buyer) have.

However, how many of us (the buyers) have received nothing more than one or more negative replies from the seller to the point where they are rude including insulting when we (the buyer) considered of putting money in that sellers account. Some of us such as myself are independent filmmakers and buy motion picture cameras as well as their parts off eBay and internet markets.

However, when requesting one or more "videos" for the seller to show us "proof" that the products they (the sellers) have posted including more detailed photos of the item(s) their selling they refuse to do so or say they will and never do or repeat themselves by way off item works. Well...who wants to take the risk of taking a (sellers) word for something especially someone we've never met.Furthermore, to add insult to injury (from the seller's to we the buyers) those online sellers reply to us one or many times with rude and insulting remarks when we (the buyers) had the first intention of buying or possibly making a purchase from them.

Some or many other sellers"Item Description" listings are (unclear) to those of us with the intention of buying from someone we don't know but have the item we could use and would pay them for that item. Even so, no customer deserves to be treated with disrespect just because we (the buyer) asked a question(s). Because, concerning the (sellers) "item description" (if) we would purchase the sellers item(s) based on how some or many (sellers) have written it example: "sold as is. Item untested.I don't know how this item works."

Or even from the reply if the (seller) "due to the selling price any extra work isn't worth my time" then (sellers could turn their words around after purchase. This is even when we (the buyer) that some of us are educated in the item(s) that the (seller) has listed and we have offered to "explain" and provide videos plus photos to those (sellers) so they (the seller) can test the item then show us (the buyer) proof that what their selling in fact works or not.

In my opinion and hopefully many other online buyers out there this negative selling attitude, business practices and all out perception from certain online sellers we (the buyers) are wasting their (the sellers) time must stop. Because, after we (the buyer) first receive a response from any (seller) like that it makes us wish that we had never had an interest in what those (sellers) had posted in the first place. Therefore, it needs to be a "MUST" by law that eBay and internet market sellers provide clear and detailed videos of each item that they (the sellers) have posted for sale. Otherwise, the (seller) "MUST" list their item(s) they have posted for sale (for parts only).
