Set up a public inquiry into whether the British Government has been exerting undue influence over the BBC's news coverage of its welfare reforms

The Government's wefare 'reforms' have been responsible for the deaths of a frightening number of innocent people.
A great many people have committed suicide after having their benefits taken away from them. Literally thousands of sick and disabled people have died within weeks of being found to be fit for work by ATOS and the DWP (the figure was over 10,000 when the DWP decided to stop collecting the figures). All over Britain, unemployed people are being 'sanctioned', and having all their benefits taken away from them, often for the most trivial of reasons. The 'bedroom tax' is causing untold misery. Food banks are springing up everywhere.
And yet it appears that the BBC is doing everything it can to minimise its coverage of what many would see as the Government's war on benefit claimants.
Demonstrations are ignored on BBC news programmes, as are benefit-related suicides. Worse, the BBC appears to be actively helping to promote the Government's views with programmes such as Saints And Scroungers.
I think we urgently need to know if the BBC is being 'leaned on' by the British Government.
