The Basic  Human  Right is affected as political rights of any globally recognised citizen. This is a freedom to declare  or not to declare  political  view, sexual  orientation,  religious  view  or any other belief. It is an attack on human  concessions that gives  the bad name to Australia, its government  and its  people.
