Safe injection rooms are also known as MSIR's (medically supervised injecting rooms) are safe, hygenic medical rooms where illegal drugs such as heroin are injected into drug addicts. The only safe injecting room in Victoria is located in Richmond, making it dangerous to society because the MSIR is within a 40-meter radius with the local primary school. We believe MSIR's should be banned, mainly because of the danger it creates in society. The government is being hypocritical by the law stating that drugs such as heroin are illegal and banned in Australia but then create a medical center just to safely inject illegal drugs, this is not right!
