in 2019 phones will be banned at the Arthurterry school this is not only worse for every one it comes with little notice and is a breach of our rights. this comes with a harsh punishment of a instant detention. rules say phones must be switched off and in bags making them an easy target for thieves. this would hurt some children and increase bulling .
