Currretly the Hunters Creek Association and ARC only allow for two fencing options; wooden fencing and tan vinly fencing. We are proposing a third option that would include white vinyl fencing. White vinly fencing offers a trendy, clean, and complimentary appearance that enhances the overall aesthetics of the community. Additionally many homes have white trim that pair well with white fencing. Further more they are more affordable compared to tan vinyl. If you are a home owner in the Hunters Creek Community who is in favor of adding white vinyl fencing as a third option , we ask that you would sign the electronic petition as supporting documentation to present and submit to the committee for review/revisions.
