Emma Marshall started this petition to Worcestershire County Council and

This petition calls on the County Council to bring forward a scheme to improve the junction leading to our local hospital.

Woodrow Drive in Redditch is where the entrance to the Alexandra Hospital can be found. Despite being an active and important A&E, and with the hospital now set for a bright future following investment it's time to upgrade the entrance so ambulances, visitors, staff and patients can get in and out quicker and more easily, and so congestion issues along Woodrow Drive can be addressed. At the same time, the scheme to improve the entrance to the hospital should also improve the junction of Nine Days Lane too.

Please sign this petition to help me demonstrate to Worcestershire County Council that local people want and need improvements to the road infrastructure leading to the Alex.

Whether you support or oppose the proposed housing development on the hospital's land we can certainly all support the need for a better entrance to the hospital.

This petition is not about politics or planning permissions - it's about safeguarding investment into our hospital by delivering better infrastructure.

This petition aims to provide a sensible solution to a complicated problem whilst not posing a threat to the services that will be delivered as a result of the much-needed investment into our hospital.

This petition will be presented to Worcestershire County Council regardless of who wins the local elections. This is about a better entrance for our hospital and better infrastructure for our local area - please show your support by signing the petition today.
