Pre-Tests consist of half the number of questions and exam had and often contain questions with a lower level of difficulty. We are told to treat the pre-test as if it is our actual exam, but are told minimal days in advance, thus leaving us with no time to prepare. With the opportunity to re-write an exam, the first test will be held at a higher standard  and be approached with greater preparation.

We understand there might be prerequisites like attending NDHS or tutoring sessions prior to rewrites or mark replacement. It Is expected and reasonable. Helping students meet their academic goals for post secondary should be supported. Understanding the material taught in class and benefiting the end goal.
If we are willing to do the work, we feel we should be supported with this change.
