The legalization of hemp in one state and illiglization in another is against our equal protection clause. It is discrimtory to others for example ( Iowa it is considered a narcotic you can go across state line to Illionois and buy it) This goverment needs to be regiened back in. The legilation of hemp in one state legilizes it in all states or our 14 th amendment is violated. Equal protection under the law. The only real law is federal law it trumps state law because its suppose to back constitution. All hemps violations need to be repelled. Hemp is not danguerous at all.Many peoples life have been destroyed because of hemp maddness time to tear this down. It is the responsibility of every citizen to fight against encrochment on any right this is how we got to were we are today because people think its not affecting me but it is look at the mess were in.
