The problem I wish to solve is a friend of mine very good people had their children kidnapped by dcfs they came into the house because the mom got into it with the mother-in-law the Mother-in-law made a false report to DCFS but she was friends with the lady. DCFS supposedly has the power to just come in and with no investigation at all. just in their opinion kidnap your children and this petition I hope to stop several things one of the first things that they do during an investigation is go and strip your kid down naked and take pictures of your child naked that's called child pronography these people are not doctors what gives these people the right to go into anybody's home from an anonymous complained and take pictures of anybody's child naked and children get bumps and bruises their Reckless they play hard a doctor should have to examine the child and see if there's any harm done to the kid not some stranger knocking on your door They should not have the authority to come into your house and make your kid get naked so they can take pictures

The second thing they do it's threatened you with the police if you do not sign this piece of paper that the police are going to come and remove your children from your home because they say so they should not be allowed to use the police if there are no crimes committed the police are not their private bullies the police do not work for them they're supposed to work for you to help you not to help them kidnap your children it's a scare tactic that should stop

3 before they remove your children out of your custody they should have to appear in front of a judge along with the parents and the judge should have to listen to both sides before the child is removed from the parents custody they should have to be evidence of physical harm done to the child by the parents they shouldn't be strangers should not to be able to come to your door and in my opinion I'm taking your kid they should have to follow due process

I'm hoping as a result of this petition put a stop to a bunch of people who are not educated as doctors who are not educated and law enforcement who are not educated in anything can take your children because of their opinion of you they should have to follow due process they should not be allowed to kidnap children If the child is in no harm at all that child should be left with his parents I'm hoping to stop that with this petition If the child is in no danger they should not be involved and if they are in danger there should be criminal charges against the parents if there's no criminal charges If the parents haven't done anything wrong why should they lose their children that's called kidnapping from start to finish the entire investigation process is he legal your constitutional rights first they come and make your child strip down naked over an anonymous report this is America you have the right to face your accusers Anonymous report about child abuse should not be allowed everybody has somebody get angry with them everybody has somebody that gets upset with them I'm family member if you're a teacher or student if you're a cop somebody that you've arrested a stranger gets to tell another stranger to go take your children that should stop If the child is in danger then the cop should be involved that's when DCFS should get involved not before
