In March of this year, Martha Stewart dedicated an episode of her syndicated televised show to veganism. Martha hosted Kathy Freston- a national best selling author, Biz Stone- co-founder of Twitter, and Gene Baur from Farm Sanctuary. On the show, Martha announced that her daughter is a vegan, and that she isn’t (“yet” as she put it). However, Martha did say that she no longer eats beef.

Let’s give Martha a shout out of “Thanks” for helping to educate her viewers on the benefits of adopting a plant-based diet, and let's encourage her to develop and on-going series of shows pertaining to veganism.
