Problem
Violence & Abuse happens to men,too. Something more needs to be done about the law, to prosecute people, who make false allegations of domestic violence against men.

Solution
Courts and the legal system should look to reform so that the best interest of children in divorce matters & child support battles, alleviate meaningless father-child relationships/ex-wife abuses, putting an end to the treatment of fathers as piggy banks or monthly pay-checks. The true beneficiaries of this farce are the not the children, but the ex-wives, the state and the corporations who profit from the money!

Personal story
I started this petition, because I was wrongfully accused of assault, by my estranged ex-wife, in which I was blackmailed with constant threats of returning to jail if I didn't do what she said. One day in November (2017) my ex wife tried to pull my phone from my pocket, and startled me awake from a nap, I grabbed my phone before she could take it out of my pocket and pushed her hand away from me. She said, 'I'm going to make you pay for that!' and called the cops. Next thing I know, I'm barely awake from a nap and being put in cuffs and it's her word against mine that shes been assaulted! All the while she continued to use my paychecks for her Chanel purses and Jimmy Choo shoes. There wasn't a dime in the bank to hire an attorney and I stayed in Jail for Thanksgiving and up to a month, thereafter.  I was shocked to find out how quickly the Texas legal system would side with a psychologically unstable, bipolar and abusive woman. I learned quickly that the legal system does not favor men. I raised 3 children that were not mine, like they were my own, I provided a monthly paycheck and always ensured my family was taken care of. I did what any good father and husband should do. I worked and provided and the result is today I have spent thousands upon thousands in fines, and travel fare to visit probation officers, attend classes in anger management that are completely irrelevant, and still receive texts from my ex wife who violates her own protective order(begging me to come home)! After I got out of jail, with a long list of probation requirements and no where to live, I started to see that the system is not fair and is abused by women who dont get their way. It is my hope that my situation teaches us about extortion, and that the courts & society have a vested interest in aiding such thievery by confiscating mens wealth via government force.
