Texas Pride Disposal, contracted by Inframark Water Treatment, Infrastructure and Management, has failed to pick up trash and recyclables on numerous occasions in Artavia Subdivision, Conroe, TX, MUD District 111.  Unfortunately, it has become an unwelcome pattern of residents hauling trash and recyclables to the curb, only for it to never be picked up or left for the following day. As well as new residents having to wait sometimes months to receive trash and recycling cans, All of which, as paying customers, is unacceptable to residents. 
Residents of Artavia are simply asking for trash to be picked up on Mondays between 7am-5pm and Thursdays between 7am-5pm, as well as recycling on Thursdays between 7am-5pm, each and every week; excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s holidays. Anything outside these designated days and hours will be unacceptable and constitute a dereliction of duty on the behalf of Texas Pride Disposal and Inframark Water Management Company.
