On July 18, 2017 my 19-year-old daughter Macayla  was stung by a wasp .  She was taken  by the ambulance to Baptist Hospital in Beaumont Texas!!!  In the ambulance she had become unresponsive and was Bagged!!! Yet she was not intubated until after she coded !!!  She was taken to the er after going into cardiac arrest and told they were not ready to receive her and made to wait in the hall! Approximately 9-11 mins later she was taken to a room by the paramedic and a tech. When they went to transfer her to the er bed she went fully limp and coded!  The tech then ran out and called the code. Not until then was she treated as an emergency patient! That’s when they chose to intubate her !!!  They lost her at 6:25 pm! I held my beautiful and talented daughter as she passed away in my arms! Had she been treated as a emergency patient and given lifesaving medication and treatment she may still be here with us! I want to see the room for er error minimized !!! No one should have to lose their loved one because a er takes their sweet time getting them treated!

They acted like they tried so hard to save her !  No they tried to cover their mistakes by overcompensating with too much epi !!! I have the records showing them pushing 2-3 epi within 2 mins even though they had her back !!!! Her story goes on Capitol Hill soon
