ASAP: Suspend Texas Sales Tax for Hurricane Harvey Victims

With less than 20% of Harvey victims having flood insurance, rebuilding Texans homes, replace damaged furniture and cars might pose a big financial obstacle for them.
One way the State of Texas can help the victims is to suspend the Sales tax "8.25% State and local " for 6 months on purchases by affected hurricane harvey victims on:
1. Construction materials to fix/rebuild their homes,
2. Appliances such as refrigerators, washers & dryers, dishwashers, ... etc,
3. Furniture, and
This will leave extra money in the Texans pockets to recover faster.
Governor Abbott already Suspends Hotel Occupancy Tax and we asked him to do the same for the Sales Tax.
