Charge the woman who hit and dragged 5 year old Aeris with her car

On Monday, May 15th, my 5 year old niece Aeris was hit by a speeding car. She got lucky. She's going to make it, but it will be a very long road to recovery. Her leg is broken in 2 places, she has a fractured pelvis, and she has rectal trauma from the impact and being dragged several yards. She has had one surgery so far and the entire lower half of her tiny body is in a spica cast which she will need to be in for a minimum of 6 weeks. She's terrified of being left alone, she screams anytime anyone even slightly touches her, and she's afraid to eat or allow her body to perform its natural bodily functions. Had the woman in question been following the speed limit, she may have been able to avoid all of this trauma, but instead, she escaped death by a few inches. Reckless driving is not something the perpetrator should be able to just walk away from, unscathed and with not so much as a simple speeding ticket, by playing dumb and claiming your car dragged a small child through the road "on accident". Aeris deserves justice!
