Dismiss the "affluenza" Defense From Future Trials

On June 15, 2013, sixteen year old Ethan Couch drove a pickup truck into pedestrians while under the influence of alcohol. He is responsible for the deaths of four innocent people and seriously injuring two.
During the trial, his defense lawyers claimed that he suffered from a so-called condition called Affluenza, unable to link his bad behavior with consequences due to his parents teaching him that wealth buys privilege. Unfortunately, the judge assigned to case believed that ridiculous defense and sentenced the boy to ten years’ probation.
To this young Texan, this trial is just the starting point of similar trials that will happen in the future and I am worried that if another adolescent who has the money commits a serious crime, their lawyers will end up using this ludacris defense and the child will walk free.
Please help put a stop to this before another 'Ethan Couch' incident happens.
