Aaliyah's abuser was sentenced to 10 yrs for almost killing her March 15, 2015. She was 3 months old and suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury from being Shaken along with several other bodily injures. He is up for parole review right now and eligible for early release June 2019! This man has shown no remorse for what he did. In fact he smiled at us while we were on the stand back in 2015.
