Tewkesbury Borough Council have removed the litter bins in their largest Tourist attracting car park. The local Councillor claim they attract rubbish yet the mess is worse than ever, even more so during this Pandemic with unsightly and unhygienic face masks, wipes, dog turds bags and drink cans etc In the shrubbery. there is no inclination to fine offenders either.
