Ziliang Bai started this petition to Tesla Motorts Inc.

I paid $62,248.23 USD which is the fully payment bought a model 3 from Tesla but Tesla breach our contract hold and not delivery my ownership document to DMV to finish the registration, they promise me will help me to do it and that is why I gave those important document to them, now they broke their promise and refuse to give those important document back to me. Later, Tesla had stolen the car from the parking lot of my school when I wasn’t there and without any knowledge, illegal encroachment the car until now. When I was talking to their employees I noticed that their employees were incoherent and my inquiries and appeals were completely ignored and their attitude was contemptuous and arrogant treat me like nobody, maybe it's just because I am not white and my English isn’t that good or they just don’t like our people, alleged unfair treatment and discrimination. They lied about the obvious facts and tried to get my bank account number and credit card information over the phone has constituted fraud and contract fraud, misconduct and misrepresentation. Right now, I still have to pay the monthly payments for the auto-loan about the car I don't have and rent a car for daily using and pay the fees for the attorney and suffering the spiritual torture which is so much pain and pressure, I couldn't sleep well and headache for two weeks, I think I need to see a doctor. I know that I am facing a huge giant then me and Tesla will never care those Insignificant consumers just like me, but we need to fight to defend our own legitimate rights and interests and give ourselves fairness and justice. If anyone can help me to expose the ugly face of this company to the public media, I would like to provide more details about the whole thing. Thank you.
