Heartbreaking - pets are family members! This was irresponsible to kill a fur baby because of an inconsiderate service person who did not confirm a schedule change!

I am a cat owner as well and cannot understand how they could be so careless and irresponsible.

What if a child was in there who couldn't speak and hid from strangers?

How could they have miscommunicated so badly and refused to respond when told of their mistake?

No excuses for their cruel & irresponsible behavior.

I'm a "cat dad" myself. I've had my Simba since he was 10 months old and now he's over 14 years old. My deepest condolences to Caroline on the loss of Dahlia. Terminix, FIX THIS NOW!

They killed someone's child with negligence. They should be responsible.

Terminix should be held accountable for their irresponsibility and actions that killed Caroline’s beloved family member. Negligible practices warrant atonement.

Terminix should be held accountable for the actions of the contractors they hire. This is devastating, and the lack of concern on their part is gross and negligent.
