There are many people today (COHABITEES) living together, NOT MARRIED, who have bought property. If you are not married, the law under which you separate your property is TOLATA, and not matrimonial law. In my case, a serious misdemeanour has taken place, BUT, You cannot bring conduct into a civil court case; in my case, an abuse of trust, has taken place, and can be proven, but cannot be uttered before a court. There is need for change, for it is wrong not to be able to divulge facts that are pivotal to a situation, that a judge should be aware of, and should take into account before deciding on an outcome.
