Tennessee State University Admissions Frustration

My name is Andrea and I am a transfer student at Tennessee State University. I have driven back and forth to the university and I have submitted all of my documents just to recently find out that I were unenrolled from the university. I started submitting my paperwork in Spring of 2017. TSU were only waiting on my official transcript with my final grades from the previous university I attended. My previous university sent this information over to TSU. I visited TSU to follow up with my admissions status because when I were trying to register for classes, the system kept saying my credentials were invalid. I went to TSU office of admissions where I were given the wrong information on multiple occasions only to find out that after I physically handed them my official transcript for the second time I were told that my paperwork wouldn’t be processed until January 19th. School were scheduled to start on the 16th. I were sent from one office to the next and still no updated information nor any change of progress on my admissions status. The employees in the office of admissions are rude and they drag their feet. They are not trying to help and it is very frustrating, especially when I am not the only student who were unenrolled. I have reached out to multiple people in the state senates office and I have even called The U.S. House of Representatives in Washington DC and spoke with people in their office to try and resolve this problem. I am looking for help, and answers to hopefully solve my problem along with anyone else whose in my position. I am just trying to continue to obtain my education. May someone please help. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much.
