Billy Ray Hill, Jr. brutally murdered his mother, Bobbie Lu Hill, September 1986 and was arrested more than 28 years later. He was convicted of second degree murder and sentence to 22 years in prison. NOW he is up for parole June 22, 2017 serving a little over 2 years. Billy Ray does not deserve parole, he demonstrated through his heinous acts that he is a danger to society, his family and witnesses of his trial. Bill Ray Hill, according to Retired KPD officer Bob Gass, who was present when Bobbie Hill, his mother, was removed from her home stated" the defendant (Billy Ray Hill) showed no emotions as the victims was removed from her home and grinned. Bobbie Hill, his mother, was stabbed six times near the heart area with 2 of these wounds going through her heart. Billy Ray was an only child and his mother died with defensive wounds trying to protect herself from her only son. Billy Ray is a threat to society at large.
